Treatments
Modalities Used
A modality is a method of treatment used in healthcare settings. Treatment modalities in physical therapy and athletic training settings include therapeutic ultrasound, electrical stimulation (TENS), soft tissue work, cold laser/red light, and even exercise. These all stimulate the cells in our body to increase their metabolism and work much faster to repair damaged tissue in the body.
After 30 years of watching college and pro athletes heal and return to their sports faster after treatment modalities were used, it’s our goal to treat our clients with those same methods so they can expedite healing rates and return quickly as well.
